Q: What reflector should I use?

A: This high bay light fixture is 120 ° angle. We recommend using a 90 ° reflector with an anti-glare UGR less than 19. The picture of the reflector has been sent to you for reference.

Q: Can I order them with a plug and a longer cord if requested?

A: Sure, We can made longer plug for you as your required.

Q: If i don't have a desire to dim the lights, what do i do with the dimmers wires? or should i just buy the non-dimmable version?

A: You do nothing with the dimmer wires.Just leave them unconnected to anything the light will stay at 100% brightness. You can also trim them if needed be.

Q: Do this come in 480 volt?

A: No. This one light is only 100-277 volt.

Q: Is there black ones?

A: Our factory only stock black one, if you need white one need meet the MOQ 100pcs.

Q: Can I insert inside football field aluminum enclosed fixture?

A: Sorry it could not be used in an enclosed fixture, as it's hard to dissipate heat in a closed situation. So we suggest using led high bay light in open indoor places like warehouse gym barn and shop ect.

Q: Can these be used for plants?

A: Sorry, it could not be used for plants, we suggest buying led light specially for plants.

Q: Can you wire this for 240 or 277?

A: It is rated for 100-277v, so the light could be wired to 240 or 277 volts.

Q: Does this high bay light have motion sensor?

A: This light does not have a motion sensor.You could choose our NGUFO/UFO PRO version.

Q: Does this light require a ballast?

A:：Pls remove ballast or bypass ballest since LED lights use a "driver" not a ballast, it is all included ready to go, just put a plug end on it or wire it direct and your set.
