A:Yes.It is with photocell sensor built in.It'll only turn on at night when it’s dark and shuts it off when light is detected.

A:60/80w led wall packs are suggested to be mounted at 12-15 ft height ;while 100/120w ones are suggested to be mounted at 15-20 ft height.
